Inspection reports are provided with details regarding maintenance, areas of concerns or repairs that may be needed. 24/7 emergency service ensures that tenants receive the same level of service around the clock. No emergency will go unaddressed no matter the hour.

ACCOUNTING

Amber Realty Services has a great accounting team backing our company. We take the angst out of monthly rental payments. We offer and encourage electronic payment options. Each month rents are collected, proceeds are then sent via electronic transfer to owners with the deduction of management allowance. Monthly statements provided to owners. Year end 1099 for tax preparation.
